Process 

• Once we’ve discussed your desired commission, I’ll start with the sketches.
• To make sure the sketches meet your expactations, we’ll change them until you like them. Keep in mind that changing the whole commission, poses or asking for to many unnecessary changes may result in additional costs.
• Once the sketches are done, I’ll start to finalize your illustrations.
• The illustrations may only be used for the agreed-upon purposes. Unless otherwise agreed, all rights to the illustration belong to me.
• I may include your Illustration in my portfolio

Payment & Refunds:

• Payment for illustrations will be made according to the terms agreed upon between us.
• Additional revisions or changes beyond the scope of our original agreement may result in additional costs.
• Completed illustrations are custom-made and therefore not eligible for exchange.
• If I cancel a commission for unspecified reasons, you’ll receive a full refund.
• If you cancel the order while the sketching phase has begun, the amount of the refund may vary depending on progress.
• I will do my best to meet your expectations, but I do not accept liability for dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences or changes in your requirements.
• I am not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the illustrations created by me.
